  I used them once and they did a nice job. The second time was awful. They made a huge mess in the bathroom. Initially there was great customer service; however once I pointed out that they did a terrible job ~ sloppy lines, bumpy caulk, uneven and messy ~ they were very dismissive. Would NOT recommend.
