  Very bad experience. Rude and Unprofessional staff,
  Unreasonable cost estimate and billing practices. I will not recommend this facility to anyone.
  
  When I scheduled to have several ultrasounds in this facility, as always
  I asked for estimates of the procedures. Optimum Radiology provided a lump sum estimate without the itemized cost for each procedure. When I asked for more details, I did not get any follow-up. When I asked for the status of the estimates on the day of the procedure, I was told by the staff in a very rude tone that the person who does estimates is on vacation for 2 weeks, they have already provided the data to me and I should not ask for more detail.
  
  In addition, they demands all payment be paid in full in cash and check only prior to the procedure. This was a total surprise to me since I was not informed when I made the appointment. When I asked to pay with my healthcare credit card, which is accepted by all my doctors, dentists, hospitals, and pharmacy, I was told that they do not have the credit card machine. Furthermore, the staff rudely faulted me for not having check/cash on hand.
  I walked out of the facility without having any procedure performed. Rude and unprofessional staff behavior, inadequate office cost estimate practices, and unreasonable billing practices are just totally unacceptable. I will not recommend this facility to anyone .
