  We went there yesterday (the Ocean, NJ location) to buy a bed and we were met by a friendly salesman who took care of us in an attentive but not too pushy manner, we found what we were looking for, and we were on our way quickly. Awesome.
  What wasn't so awesome was when the delivery guys showed up late, and wouldn't take our 16 year old mattress because there were three small stains on it. Mind you this mattress was humped into the garage by me in the rain about 5 days ago because I was getting my floors redone, and I have a houseful of furniture all over the place. When my wife called to complain to management they stated the agreement I signed states it had to be 'sanitary', and a stain disqualifies you. This is a used mattress, probably the epitome of 'garbage', not intended to be reused, as far as I know. They wouldn't budge an inch. Needless to say, I will never darken their door again, and I am done with them. Watch what you initial and sign. Their service after the sale is truly terrible. Shame on them.
